Long Paddock
God knows how long these people have been on the road for. Or where they've come from. Beet wren Amby and Mitchell these cattle were feeding on side of road. In times of drought, when there is no feed on their properties, they pack up and walk them on the stock routes for feed (called the Long Paddock). Sometimes they can be on the road for months, if not a year or more.
These cattle don't look too bad, so it's obviously paying off for them.
One cheeky buggar, stopped and thought about taking us on.
