Bungle bungles
We drove out of El Questro Camp at 7.20am. Filled up with water and headed to the Bungle Bungles. Stopped at Doon Doon for fuel and a toilet stop. Had phone service and touched base with home and Facebook.
After turning onto Gibb River road we turned off to the Purnululu Nat park. 56kms of winding horrigations and fine dust. After visiting the information Ctr we booked into the northern campsites. After much deliberation we decided on sites 100 & 101. Drop toilets everywhere and bore water taps. We set up, had some lunch and the others went for a walk while I stayed back. Information said it was fairly rocky and didn't think my ankle would cope. I potted around, did everyone's washing up and read then put tea on for us. The others came back after a beautiful walk with some gorgeous photos. Had tea and we were in bed by 8.
