Meaghan Tom and Georgia were in a boat together. It would appear the team work wasn't working. So yoges got in and rowed the girls home from Indarra Falls and tom walked back with me.
Today we woke up, had a slow morning and went for a drive to Lawn Hill. We are doing a boat ride down the gorge tomorrow morning. The boys went for a walk to the gorge, but as I had done it a few years back, I waited back at the water. We came back to camp at lunch time and the boys went for a swim after lunch and Sue-Ellen and I went for a nanna. We woke up about 3 and then we went for a swim in extremely invigorating water. Was cold but worth it. I had cooked a beef stew in the thermos cooker so tea didn't have to be cooked. We ate that and the boys and Sue-Ellen are going up to the cafe to watch State of Origin. Up early tomorrow to pack up and go for boat ride then come back and grab our vans and head to Leichhardt Falls for a bush camp tomorrow night. -- Regards Elisha
Well we've had a BIG day of travelling. Left home at 6.20am and arrived in Longreach 10hrs later. We had breaky in Roma at Maccas then a late lunch in Tambo. Rained most of the way and the creeks between Barcaldine and Longreach are trickling over the road. Lovely falls out here.
We are 'glamping' in a cabin in the Longreach caravan park as we didn't feel like setting up campers in shiny mud tonight. Puddles everywhere.
Steak sangas, real shower and toilet a TV (to catch up with the Cook boys on House Rules) and a real bed tonight. Could've happened half way through the trip and these little luxuries would of been appreciated so much more.
Will check in tomorrow as we've also been most spoilt with phone service most of the day.

We've decided to stay at Bitter springs tonight. This morning we are off to the 'we of the never never' jeanie gunn, cemetery. Then we'll call in to the Mataranka hot baths. Fuel $1.47 here. Brad paid $2.20 at Roper Bar!
We are then feeding the fish. So photos to come later.
